A  Well equipped Service Department with thoroughly trained technical personnel is maintained to provide our clientele with:  
  • WARRANTY SERVICE on all Products represented and sold by I-MED.
  • REPAIR and MAINTENANCE SERVICE for all products represented and sold by I-MED, with pick-up and delivery service available.
  • PARTS INVENTORY and SUPPLIES for most products sold by I-MED.
In order to keep abreast of developments and changes taking place in products, Our Service Personnel attend Service Seminars conducted by manufacturers of the products we represent.  As a Warranty Station, we are also kept up to date on changes as they occur in those products.  This enables us to be of maximum service to those acquiring equipment through this source.
